Confidence Restored in Legal System Jun 24, 2024

I think this is a review that needs to be posted for others like myself! Robert Montefusco Law Group had served me in a moment of need, or should I say, when I needed someone to get me out of a disaster I found myself in, due to an incompetent attorney that misrepresented me for 3 years running prior. I finally had to stop the bleeding. I had enough of her poorly representing me! I didn't realize how bad she was until I witnessed how good Mr. Montefusco is! It was a completely different experience. She did not communicate with me at all throughout my experience with her. The only communication I had with her firm was through the billing department. Overall she charged me more than $45,000.00 and I lost every appeal with the court! Robert looked at what had happened prior to him taking the case and gently explained that what she did really hurt my case. He never once said anything condescending about her but I was able to read between the lines. When I decided to have Robert represent me at trial, we had less than three weeks to prepare. He worked late at night, several nights, and we ended up getting all our documents we needed together for the trial. We went to court, I watched him represent me and I was in awe of his grasp on questioning the witness, (my ex) and watched his performance in the courtroom. He took complete control of the room, and I believe there was nobody that could have done a better job than Mr. Montefusco! So I say, thank you so much for giving me confidence back in the legal system! Your due diligence I hope will pay off, because in the words of My Cousin Vinny, just give him a chance, he can do this!
